This page explains, in plain terms, what data Planners Reimagined collects and how we use cookies. We’re a UK business selling Google Sheets planners as instant digital downloads. You can reach us any time at admin@plannersreimagined.com.
We use Google Analytics to understand how many people visit the site and which pages are useful, nothing more. It sets a cookie only after you choose “Accept” on our cookie banner. Until then, no analytics cookies are stored and your visit isn’t measured. You can change your choice any time using the “Cookie settings” link in the footer.
We don’t use advertising or tracking cookies, and we don’t sell your data.
Checkout is handled by Shopify. To process your order they collect the details you enter (such as your name and email). Your planner is then delivered by email through Resend, our email provider, carrying a link to open your Google Sheet. We only ever see what’s needed to fulfil and support your order, and we never see or store your payment card details, those stay with Shopify’s secure, PCI-compliant checkout.
The AI coach is optional. Your planner lives entirely in your own Google account. When you generate an AI report, the planner sends only figures and first names to the AI provider you chose (OpenAI, Claude, Google Gemini or Groq), using your own key, never the full picture, and never to us. If you don’t set up the coach, nothing is ever sent anywhere.
We rely on a few trusted services to run the business: Shopify (checkout and order processing), Google Analytics (anonymous, consent-based site analytics), and Google Sheets / Drive (where your planner lives, in your own account). We also publish our own marketing content to Pinterest and other social platforms, that involves our own posts, not your personal data. We don’t sell your data to anyone.
We take reasonable measures to protect your information. The whole site is served over an encrypted HTTPS connection. We don’t run our own databases of customer information, instead we rely on established providers (Shopify, Google and Resend) that maintain their own security safeguards, and we keep access to order details limited to what’s needed to run the business. We never see or store your payment card details.
We keep order information (your name, email and what you bought) only for as long as we need it to deliver and support your purchase and to meet our legal and tax obligations, which in the UK usually means business records are kept for around six years. Consent-based analytics data is held by Google Analytics for a limited period and isn’t tied to your identity. Your planner itself lives in your own Google account, so we don’t hold your financial data, you keep control of it and can delete it whenever you like.
Planners Reimagined is the data controller for the limited personal data described above, and we handle it in line with UK data protection law (UK GDPR). We use your details to fulfil your order (our contract with you) and run analytics only with your consent. You have the right to ask what data we hold, to have it corrected or deleted, and to object to, restrict or port it. Just email admin@plannersreimagined.com and we’ll sort it, normally within 30 days. If you’re ever unhappy with how we’ve handled your data, you can also complain to the UK’s Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
