These terms cover buying and using our products. Planners Reimagined is a UK business selling planners and trackers built in Google Sheets, as instant digital downloads. By buying from us you agree to these terms. You can reach us any time at admin@plannersreimagined.com.
Each product is a digital Google Sheets template delivered as a link that makes your own copy. It is a one-time purchase with no subscription. Prices are shown in GBP. You will need a free Google account to open and copy the file. The product is yours to keep and use, and you receive free updates to the version you bought.
Checkout is handled by Shopify. After payment, a download link is sent to the email you provide and is usually available immediately. Open the link, choose "Make a copy", and the planner saves to your own Google Drive. If a link does not arrive or does not work, email us and we will put it right.
When you buy, you get a personal licence to use the planner for your own budgeting. Please do not resell it, share the file or your download link publicly, redistribute it, or pass it off as your own. You are welcome to use it across your own devices and Google account.
The AI coach is optional and works only if you choose to set it up with your own key from an AI provider you select (such as OpenAI, Claude, Google Gemini or Groq). Your use of that provider is governed by their terms, and any costs are between you and them (free tiers exist). When used, the planner sends only figures and first names to that provider, never your full picture and never to us. We are not affiliated with Google or any AI provider.
Our planners and any AI output are general information only and not financial advice. You are responsible for your own money decisions. For advice about your circumstances, consider a suitably qualified professional.
Because our products are instant digital downloads, please read our Refunds policy, which explains how refunds work and our 30-day make-it-right promise.
We may improve our planners, update this website, or change our range and prices over time. We work hard to describe each product accurately, but beyond that description we cannot guarantee it will suit a specific purpose unique to you.
To the extent the law allows, our liability for any product is limited to what you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded by law, and your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
